These Terms & Conditions ("Event Terms") apply to your registration for and attendance at The Great Faith Gathering, a free event hosted by The King's Temple Church, Hyderabad ("TKT Church", "we"). They supplement our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
1. Registration
- Registration is free, but seating is limited.
- A completed registration and valid ticket code are required for entry.
- You must provide accurate contact details so we can reach you with event updates, including operational WhatsApp messages where you have consented.
- Registering on behalf of someone else requires their consent and accurate information.
- We may cancel or refuse registrations that are fraudulent, duplicate, or abusive.
- After you register, you may be offered one-tap registration for other TKT Church events using details you already shared; accepting creates a separate registration under that event’s terms.
2. Tickets and check-in
- Your ticket code is personal. Do not share it publicly.
- Please arrive on time. Late entry may not be guaranteed once sessions begin.
- We may verify identity at check-in using the phone number or email used to register.
3. Transportation
Bus pickup and drop services, where offered, are provided as a courtesy and subject to availability and capacity. Pickup points and timings will be communicated separately and may change.
4. Event changes
Date, time, venue, speakers, and programme details may change. We will communicate material updates to registered attendees. If the event is postponed or cancelled, we will use reasonable efforts to notify you. The Great Faith Gathering remains a free event; no admission fees are refunded because none are charged.
5. Conduct
The Great Faith Gathering is a church gathering. Attendees are expected to honour God, staff, volunteers, and one another. We reserve the right to deny entry or remove anyone whose behaviour is disruptive, unsafe, or inconsistent with the spirit of the event, without obligation to provide a future ticket.
6. Photography and media
By attending, you acknowledge that photography and video recording may occur for church archives, publicity, and livestream purposes. If you prefer not to appear in close-up promotional material, please inform a volunteer at check-in.
7. Health and safety
You attend at your own risk. Please follow venue instructions and volunteer directions. If you feel unwell, we ask that you stay home and contact us so we can release your seat where possible.
8. Personal belongings
TKT Church is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items during the event.
9. Referrals and public campaign leaderboard
Referral and leaderboard features are offered for encouragement only. We may adjust rules, reset standings, or discontinue features to prevent abuse. Decisions by organisers are final.
From 18 July 2026, when campaign policy enables Avatar Publication Policy v1, registrations may display a shortened name, rank and managed photo derivative on this campaign’s public leaderboard by default. Public content can be copied or scraped. You can turn publication off or on from your profile at any time. Organisers may disable photo publication campaign-wide.
10. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TKT Church and its volunteers are not liable for injury, loss, or damage arising from attendance at The Great Faith Gathering, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
